Kurri Golf Pro shop Ball Comp and Ball Account

Each competition played you are automatically entered in the Ball Comp,  The prize is 1 Ball to the value of $5, if you want a more expensive ball as a prize you can but just pay the difference, eg Titleist Pro V 1 are $8 so you pay an extra $3 With our Membership and competition system we can keep a record of your ball prizes but the system will only allow us to keep a Dollar amount and not a individual count so 1 prize (1 Ball) is entered as $5. Each time you win a prize $5 is added and when you pick up your prize $5 is deducted, therefore if you have $60 on your Ball Prize account you know you have 12 Balls to pick up. Some members are confused here because when you buy in bulk you get a cheaper rate , for example a single Srixon Soft Feel is $5 and 1 Dozen Srixon Soft Feel is $34.95, so if you had $35 in your ball Prize account you would be entitled to 7 Balls where some members feel they are able to get 1 Dozen balls for that $35 in the Ball Prize account. The Retail markup on 1 Dozen Balls has a very low Profit Margin and makes the Ball comp system not worth the effort and cannot exist if this was allowed. We do allow the Ball Prize account money to be used for other Retail items in the Pro Shop only at normal Retail price , not on any Sale items or Discounted items. Ball Prizes last for 12 Months on the Ball Prize account and after that period the prize is forfeited, so if you win a Ball prize on the 1/11/2022 and do not pick it up then on the 1/11/2023 that prize will be forfeited. We also have a Pro Shop account which is separate to the Ball Prize account, members can transfer the value of the Prize less 20% to that Proshop account where the credit can remain until used. For example a $5 prize would be Transferred as a $4 value on the proshop account where it can be used for any retail items whether on sale or normal price. Therefore if you had 12 Balls as prizes this would be represented by $60 and if you transfered that to the Proshop account you would receive $48 of value
